Mahama promises National Economic Dialogue in first 120 days

The flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, has pledged to hold a National Economic Dialogue within his first 120 days in office if elected President.

The dialogue will focus on creating a 4-year fiscal consolidation program, which Mahama described as a key component of his economic strategy.

He said this during the launch of the NDC 2024 manifesto on Saturday August 24 at Winneba.
